MARIACHILES MEXICAN GRILL. OPEN NOW
Mexican cuisine is primarily a fusion of indigenous Mesoamerican cooking with European, especially Spanish, elements added after the Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire in the 16th century. The basic staples remain native foods such as corn, beans and chili peppers, but the Europeans introduced a large number of other foods, the most important of which were meat from domesticated animals (beef, pork, chicken, goat and sheep), dairy products (especially cheese) and various herbs and lots of spices.
Mexico is also known for their mariachi music, variation of chile peppers, and tequila. That's where the name Mariachiles came to mind. Born in the state of Jalisco, the birthplace of mariachi music and tequila, but also well known for introducing to the world the traditions of Ballet Folklórico, the Mexican Hat Dance, charros and sombreros. Jalisco is also a vibrant place to observe some of Mexico's most traditional festivals and celebrations including Semana Santa (Easter Week), Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) and Día de la Virgen de Guadalupe (Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe).
Mariachiles would like to bring Mexico to you with rich vibrant colors, lively music and traditional Mexican food, made fresh with the finest ingredients.
