Dr. Mustafa and her staff have always been wonderful. I've been a patient for many, many years and always feel fully heard and all my concerns are addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Marianne Mustafa.
Sadly, this practice has declined considerably over the past 5 years. Dr. Mustafa is very kind at the visit but the follow through by this office is the worst I've ever seen. They consistently fail at calling in scripts, calling you back with test results, and any follow up tasks. Their systemic problems haven't been addressed for the past ten years. It's just not worth the hassle.
She's been my primary doctor since she came to the area. She's wonderful. Best listener I've ever had. Really cares. She is pretty busy, doesn't surprise me, but worth waiting for
Dr. Mustafa put my mother’s life at risk. My mother was on the same protocol for a decade + at this practice but under a different doctor. My mother’s doctor left the practice and she was not contacted by Dr.Mustafa or the staff. We only found out when calling to check on her prescriptions. Because of the timing my mom was forced to see Dr. Mustafa. The Dr didn’t tell my mom in person of any changes to her regimen. When the nurse called after the appointment she was advised the Dr decided to switch out some meds and reduce the dosage on some as well. Two days ago my mother was rushed to the ER by ambulance… My mother continues to suffer
I've been a patient of Dr Mustafa for over 10 years. She's very compassionate and always takes the time to listen. Her office is very high tech and I love that I can use the patient portal to access lab work and schedule appointments.
Dr. Mustafa is a very compassionate person. I love the Spa offerings within her building. Not only do the doctors, Dr. Fishel is mine keep you healthy you can feel better about how you look by utilizing the Spa offerings. There’s a YMCA going in next door to make the location even more convenient.
not sure about the doctor but the receptionist was awful. I will probably not go there just because of the initial dialogue trying to set up an appt with the "nurse practioner"
She's the best!!!!!!! Understanding and easy to talk to. Follows through on your questions.
