Wow. Visited this store while driving through Sand Springs. Be warned it is VERY crammed and thrown together. But that is not what bothered us. As avid thrifters/shoppers, we actually enjoy the "treasure dig". Sometimes the stores that are crammed have the best things! Not this one. The other half of the store is an old moldy room that should be condemned, piled high with what looks like an episode of "Hoarders". No treasures here, not even sell-able items! Mountains of old dirty bedsheets, pillows, boxes of romance novels that have all been so water damaged they don't open. You feel as though the ceiling might fall through at any moment, and that fear is helped by the fact that there are bins and buckets every few steps to catch drops from the leaking ceiling. After all that - we still would not have given a bad review, what did it for us was the woman who ran the store. She was very short with us, telling us she had to close early to get home. Which is fine, but be a little more courteous! Then, turns out they only accept cash. Which doesn't surprise, but is not posted anywhere. No prices listed on things, when she told us how much things were, we were not impressed! When I try to pay with a dollar coin, she says she can't take it because it is dirty and she can't be sure what it is. Really? I had nothing else so she finally took the coin with a "I have to leave" and said nothing else to us. Very disappointed with this experience and I hope I can spare someone else the time just to realize this store has nothing good.
