I know when outside parking you can expect your car to be in the elements. But this location is windy and dusty. My car was caked in filth after less than 2 months. There are more outside elements out there than some other locations.
We've stored our RV there for a year. Great place. The owner is great and very accommodating. Would highly recommend Binford Road RV as a place to store your RV or boat.
