I am beyond disappointed. This was my second try and I am more upset than the last. I will not be back for a full detail. I paid for the champion wash and tipped $5 and it seems my car wasn't even vacuumed or wiped down. There was trash still just very upsetting for over $40 with tip. I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to. I visited them today March 24, 2022 at about 130pm.
Great place! Great price for a monthly service unlimited washes. But adding a tip every time you go for the tire cleaners and wipe down service that comes with adds your bill up quick if you get a lot of washes for $19.95 a month...
The gentleman that cleaned, vacuumed, and wiped down the inside of my truck, did an amazing job. Car wash did a great job as well. The only reason I am giving them a 4 star rating, is because it took an hour and a half to get it done. They seemed to be very busy today.
Don't go here unless you have time to kill. $36 for interior and exterior wash and It took over an HOUR to get my car wiped down and vacuumed after we ran it through the wash. We were there late on a Saturday afternoon about 4:45 pm. They need a lot more people and better training. I've been to places in other states where they could get 4 or 5 cars in the time it took them for 1
The location at Nichols pre-cleans the front and the back of your car and your windshield so much better than the other locations. Don't get me wrong it's still a good deal when you're on the monthly but they really do a good job. Especially that short little lady that's brand new. Thank you to her I should have tipped her
I have the monthly unlimited car wash on 2 of my vehicles and it's awesome. Only downside is they usually do a terrible job on my black rims and I have to do it for them. Also expect to be there for 1-2 hours, waiting for them to wipe the outside and clean the inside.
The lady who takes our cash and lets us through the barrier to get our car wash. It’s just a great person very helpful. Keep her happy so that she doesn’t leave. Thank you.Services: Polishing
After going through car wash I parked my car in line behind everyone else. Car sat drying in the sun for 20 minutes. So I backed out of the line and left. I have gone to other seirra car washes they are better then this sad place.
On Oct. 4th we purchased a Champion Wash and had to wait for 45 minutes before they even started to clean the car. Tipped $5.00 and the Front Windshield still had spots on it and the inside wasn't even cleaned. This is the second try and never again.
Very slow 1 1/2 to get my car washed and it not worth it. The first time I came here it was great. Now it is not I will just wash my car at home.
