Marina Travel & Cruise

Marina Travel did a great job coordinating our trip to the Blue Lagoon!. After being unable to book our Lagoon tickets directly via the website, we booked via Marina Travel through Orbitz. They demonstrated excellent communication. We loved our experience.

Booked a day tour for our big group with Marina travel five month before our tour and paid 50% deposit. They canceled our tour 2 month before our trip due to their operational issue. unacceptable reason!! Spent time and more money to find replacement in a short time. It was very intense and upsetting. Not a reliable company, watch out when you book.

We just returned from a 14 day self-driving tour organized for us by Marina Travel. They provided access to a 9-passenger van, hotels w/breakfast and a itinerary/route with numerous points of interest along the way . Everything they did for us worked out very well, and we're very happy with our experience. I particularly liked staying at the Fosshotels. We encountered a weather concern, and discovered that they operate their offices 7 days a week, which is very comforting in a foreign environment. I'd give them an A+.

We booked with Marina Travel and they did an excellent job. We went to Blue Lagoon and even added a 30 minute in water massage for my husband. The driver was fabulous, even shared some Iceland history with us on the way there. Would definitely recommend them.

Waited for them to show up for 3 hours in the snow with 3 kids. They never showed up, and then claimed that they did so that they wouldn't refund us. Save your money and buy your own tickets to whatever event, and book your own taxi. We had to do that in the end anyway. Edit: their response is a lie. They never showed and we paid $200 for a taxi to get us there and the chargeback went through, so luckily I did get a refund, just not through any good customer service, only by forcing it through. I think I'll go find a few more places to inform customers about your horrible service with more reviews, right now.

Nice people & quality services. Been ice climbing with them and all went as planned! I recommend

It was a beautiful day and the Lagoon was full of icebergs.
