Product quality was good, but had an issue with the salesperson. Sold us the wrong exhaust arm blankets. We order blankets for a 6-71TI and sent us blankets for a 6V71.An when confronted him about getting the correct ones, he blames us for ordering the wrong ones. Plus we had to pay freight for sending back the wrong ones and for the correct ones to us. Asked if they would pay the freight to ship the correct ones to us and was told the freight is our problem.

Above and beyond service. Got us on the water in under a week, while making us two custom risers. I can’t thank them enough.
