Karlee and Thwy are always available to help with a ready smile. They understand the concept of customer service, which is so rare these days. We live 4 hours away in San Carlos Mexico, and there are many times I need to know if an important package has arrived before I make the long drive up. Those two gals always go out of their way to make my life easier.
I needed storage to store books, after I carefully inspected storage unit decided not to use it for books as I can't risk them getting wet or eaten by mice. The next day I returned expecting a refund or partial refund even a gift card for future use would have been fine . I lost $158 for a storage I can't use.
Everything was done online, so quick, and once I got my storage unit the personnel was so nice with you to set you up...
Manager Maribel helped me a lot and made the process faster.. I really liked the attention and customer service. She showed me around until I found the right storage size for my needs.
The staff is very friendly, and always aware of what we need. Thank you.
Maribel Hernandez was very informative and took the time to explain different rooms and sizes and rates to me. She even took me to see the rooms. Very helpful. Big reason I would recommend.
The lady that helped me was amazing , very helpful and the service in general seems to be great. The area was very clean . I was not expecting such great service.
I want to say that Karlee and Thwy are the best customer service girls ive ever met. They are curtious respectful and great at what they do funny and great to get along with i recommend everyone to go and rent a storage there they clean and safe great place thanks girls for everything was a great experiance renting today customer Mario Zuniga
