Our X3 was absolutely gorgeous and has everything we want. The staff were professional, kind, and respectful. Colin from Sales is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He was patient and worked with us to get a deal that was attractive and well within our budget. He knew everything about the vehicle and gave us the complete rundown. He got us all set up with the tech and gave us helpful and important tips. He is truly a genius and a great asset to BMW. While closing the deal, Andy from Finance was great and explained everything well. The facility looked fantastic and has an awesome customer waiting area with many amenities. Our car buying experience with BMW Seattle was the best from start to finish. We are confident that we will get the same experience with the BMW Seattle service team as well. Happy and satisfied customer!
Went to pick up a certified pre-owned BMW at BMW Seattle and was delighted with the experience. The showroom is clean and spacious, lots of waiting areas, with good selection of cars to look at. Benson Yim was the salesperson helping us. Benson provided an efficient, courteous, and pressure-free buying experience. All the pricing/fees are fair and transparent - no outrageous dealer/doc fees you might see in other places. Rachel O’Sullivan was the finance manager helping us and she was a pleasant to deal with. Overall we are satisfied and will be coming back for future purchases.
Benson Yim provided my husband and I excellent service and assistance during our recent car purchase the second Seattle BMW X3 in our family. He was personable and answered all of my questions with both knowledge and patience. He was both professional and kind. Everyone we encountered at Seattle BMW was terrific, even the finance manager Randall Nakamura!
We had a great experience at BMW Seattle, buying our 2024 X5 PHEV a week ago. We love the BMW hybrid SUV, all its awesome features, the entire BMW Seattle team, and the service we have received. I came to BMW Seattle to buy a Dodge Durango they had. Not going to lie I was a little intimidated at first and wasn’t even going to schedule an appointment to look at it. All I have to say is I’m so glad I did. Benson was my sales guy and he was phenomenal. He made the process effortless and easy. I felt taken care of and I didn’t feel rushed. Randall the financial guy was also really great to work with, we all had laughs and a good time, which is nice since you’re their a good part of the day, that’s just the car buying process. It was the best car buying experience I’ve had hands down and I’ve bought a good amount of cars in my life. If I ever trade in my Durango I would check their stock first. Sorry BMWs aren’t my thing, but this dealership is amazing.
Definitely worth the traffic and drive for us. We talked to all 3 BMW dealerships in the area. Marcus and Rachel gave me 10 star service and experience. As my client advisor, Marcus went above and beyond in finding me the right car within my budget. He’s knowledgeable and willing to listen to my needs and patiently answered all my questions. Rachel was the first financial advisor who did not try to hard sell me on anything. I finished my paperwork with her in 5 mins which is unheard of in my past car purchasing experience. I am glad I made the drive here to buy our car. Compared to the other BMW dealership across the lake, who was condescending and rude and almost turned me off on getting a BMW, BMW of Seattle really delivered! Thank you for the wonderful experience and we will be back.

I am from the east side of the state and had been shopping for a new vehicle for some time. I only had 2 requirements for that new car, 2 door convertible and it fit within my budget. I will not go into the details of what I experienced at other dealerships here at home. What I will say is Zackarey Singh was a refreshing breath of fresh air! Honest, truthful, helpful, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and a true pleasure to work with. Once in the dealership the facilities are beautiful, clean and well thought out. The amenities for their guests are outstanding with comfortable and inviting seating areas, a wonderful beverage bar including expresso. A well planned and functional vehicle delivery area. Every employee there was professional and poilite. Most impressive to me was, there were no "sales desks" on the showroom floor. Please keep it that way. Now that the vehicle is home folks have asked which do you love more Beamer TWH Tennessee Walking Horse Pictured or Beamer Z4? It could be a toss up. Thank you for a great experience.
