I've been coming to Bolivar Clinic for 40 years and have always received great service and would highly recommend them. They have a great staff which is friendly and thorough.
I had seen someone for ADD and when Dr. Hillyer here learned about that, he immediately discontinued treatment with me, despite the fact that I only did that because I was living two hours away at the time and he doesn’t treat ADD, not to mention I had many other issues that needed treated and it has been difficult finding other doctors since I had medication that needed filled but ran out since the treatment was discontinued. Don’t come here if you actually are dealing with legitimate mental health problems. These people don’t know what they’re doing or how to treat serious issues.
I love doc Hillyer,some of the best care I've ever gotten. One thing I don't understand about there building management is they keep the front doors locked on the left side. I saw a woman with her son,who was in a wheelchair,try to get her son in the door. Not one person came out to help mom or unlock the left doors. When I got inside I heard one of the office girls say "it gets cold in here when both doors are unlocked". Far as I'm concerned the doors should be unlocked for entrance and exit for everybody and safety if there's an emergency issue.
Doctors were good. Staff unresponsive. They don't even always answer the phone.
