Helping people with criminal problems arising out of substance abuse, addiction, recovery and or poor judgment.
As a former prosecuting attorney, Attorney Mark Mandell has extensive criminal trial experience. While some attorneys avoid trials, Mark is always prepared to take his clients' case to trial if needed. Mark taught trial advocacy skills as an adjunct professor at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He uses his experience as a prosecutor and professor to fight for his clients, whether that be at trial or for the best possible plea agreement to minimize jail, prison, or probation. Experience and credibility is the name of the game when appearing before a judge and Attorney Mark Mandell has it!
As a criminal defense attorney and lifelong resident of the area, Mark has established an excellent working relationship with prosecutors and courts throughout southeastern Michigan. His knowledge of the opposition, familiarity with the court system and understanding of the local processes allows him to seek the best results possible for his clients. When hiring Mr. Mandell as your attorney you are putting integrity, credibility and experience on your side of the criminal process. Mark Mandell is ready to fight for you, and unlike some attorneys at other firms, he is always timely at picking up the phone for his clients and returning their calls.
When he is not busy working hard for his clients, Mark gives back to his local community as a coach of the JV football team at Northville High School.
