After 35 years I’ve joined a league and my old bowling ball is MIA. I was fortunate to find Mark through his reviews on Google. I’m here to add my voice to the many happy customers. Mark helped me find a ball that fit my needs. He has everything from used bowling balls all the way up to the top of the line bowling balls. Mark expertly fitted me and drilled the ball while I waited. I’ve practiced with it and love, love, love my new ball.
Was recommended to alot of people and I was looking to buy my first ever ball and mark helped me see which bowling balls were the best for me and he was just so informative and I understood him so well, and great prices too. Mark of excellence is the place to go if you need a bowling ball drilled! Mark takes time and care to make sure he drills your ball right to your specific throw. Mark has been bowling for a while and it shows! He is so helpful and knowledgeable, and his assistants are great too. The assistants were off duty and still chose helped the customers behind us. You can tell they all enjoy bowling and are passionate about it. I am telling EVERYONE to come here, dont even bother with other pro-shops!
A little over a year ago, my wife and I decided to get back into bowling. We both decided that we wanted fresh new equipment and through an internet search found Mark of Excellence Pro Shop. Our first experience with Mark was beyond amazing. He took a great amount of time to answer our many questions, help us choose equipment and made us a great package deal on balls, shoes and a bag. Now, 14 months later, we have purchased more balls, lessons and equipment from Mark. Mark's excellent customer service has remained the same and he has become one of our closest friends. We will continue to patronize his business anytime we need anything for bowling. He greets us with a smile and a hug every time we enter his shop. No matter how busy he is, he always finds the time to happily take care of us. His knowledge of bowling is incredible and he freely shares his experiences and wisdom with us constantly. It is nearly impossible to find customer service as good as this anywhere these days. If you are in need of anything bowling related, go see Mark. You will not be sorry.
Mark refiited my bowling ball after 30 years of not using it. He didn't try to sale me a new ball, he just listened to my request and I'm rolling my ball like I did back in my 20's. Thank you, Mark
Mark was awesome! Helped me get a great fit on my finger holes for my new ball. He also drilled out my old ball to give me a better fit with it. Definitely will work with him in the future if I buy any more balls!
Mark drilled and plugged two balls for me within an hour, was very knowledgeable AND helpful. Even went out of his way to offer tips on mechanics. Really nice guy.

Call on a Saturday the owner called me back got me in at 5 o’clock out at 6 o’clock drilled my ball perfect fit super knowledgeable would recommend anyone to go out of their way to Folsom to check this guy out !!!
