Close earlier than posted on Google Maps, not sure when the change happened, frustrating because I drove 30 miles to get here! And wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call...

Every time I call this pharmacy, the staff is incredibly rude! I didn't receive a call to tell me my medication was ready so I gave them a call. The lady snapped at me and said I was designated as mail delivery, which I never agreed to. I told them I would have just picked them up! They told me the meds would be arriving that same day Friday. They did not. They arrived on a Saturday, while I was out and held at the post office. This is a holiday weekend so I won't have meds until Tuesday! I will be switching pharmacies effective immediately.

There’s one particular technician that truly is there to make patient’s lives miserable How is she still there? Went to see my NP I was present when he called the Rx went to pick it up and this same technician tells me he never called it in I bly go there because truly I’m oating out of pocket and medications are at a more reasonable price

It's called America because it's customer service. My son had a wisdom tooth pulled. We needed prescription filled however the insurance card we had was old expired one. ANA . C called the last pharmacy we been in and got the update insurance info. Amazing work ethics. THANK YOU ANA.

The staff are great people they did more than just customer service. a problem accrued and instantly a PH-tech with a head set contacted my insurance to see what the problem is and see what they can do. I wasn't able to afford what I was being prescribed so the lady's at the window did all in there power to assist my situation and found a solution. Never been to a pharmacy were they have great communication with the doctors customers and them selfs the staff. Thank you all !

Rude staff would not recommend this Pharmacy. The only polite person that actually treats everyone like a human over the phone is Kelly, the others provide a horrible customer service.

If you have an option on choosing different pharmacy please do. They kept saying my medication was delivered, I called, they had no proof, I do have cameras on my unit, no body delivered nothing, I called they didn't want to re do my medication, it's been 4 days, been having a mental health issues with out my medication, they kept denying me my medication, and started acting rude just because I was requesting what it belongs to me. We are not talking about a tshirt here, we are talking about somebody's health.. by the way lack of professionalism by the girls that work there, just save your self some issue and stay away if you can.

I just recently switched over to this Pharmacy buy recommendation of a friend and doctor I had an issue with my medical insurance they would not authorize my psych meds to be refilled a couple days early as I was going out of town. The staff here worked diligently to get this approved so I can tend to by Family Matters across the country without worrying about my medication. If you are thinking of switching to a smaller mom-and-pop type Pharmacy I hope this review helps

I just picked up my medicine from market pharmacy first they made a mistake in my prescription second I try to have my doctor to fix it and have them fix it I have to wait to two days for my prescription to get it fixed by pharmacy and I came to pick up the customer service Brenda I don’t know maybe she having a bad day she was extremely kind of a rude person like she’s doing a favor for me I didn’t say a word I picked on Madison and I walked out all I want it get my prescription done pick up and go home get well that’s all I didn’t even want to wait for Manager or anybody I’m leaving this so their manager can look at it if somebody have a bad day they can take a day off people come to pharmacy they’re under pressure they’re under pain all kind of people but if somebody walking in greeting them hello hi and you get from customer service rudeness service that makes worse
