Market Place Pharmacy

Daniel runs the pharmacy and he is the worst and has the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. If there is a script they filled for you and you dont buy it . He will chase you out to your car and demand that you purchase it, and make up a lie about how long its been there. He pushed on my car door while I was holding it open. He is extremely rude and passive aggressive. I decided to use this pharmacy because it was close to my home. No harm intended, but It's always a problem when I try to refill my scripts. I go in feeling good and come out feeling . terrible. They will go in overkill telling you the price of your script assuming you cant afford it. No one speaks to me when I come in but I notice them speaking and talking to the Caucasian customers. Some of the workers studder and look weird when I'm talking to them. It's such a racist vibe when I come In there. I notice there is one black girl working in there. I feel like it's just for show and they don't really like black people here. Every encounter has had a weird feeling. There's a problem everytime I go in there. Congratulations Daniel and marketplace pharmacy. I will be taking my business elsewhere you won't have to refill my scripts anymore. Another thing I noticed is the price of there prescriptions are much higher than cvs,Walmart, and krogers. Take your business elsewhere. I'm not sure why I deserved such harsh treatment from this pharmacy, I definitely feel that the color of my skin plays a part in it, maybe it's a whites only pharmacy.

I am so happy that I changed to Market Place Pharmacy! Prior to changing, I used a big brand corporate pharmacy. The difference is night and day. The team here goes above & beyond. It is clear to me that they enjoy their jobs and genuinely care about their patients. Do yourself a favor and switch to this pharmacy!

Fantastic, friendly staff! They know my entire family by name and they always go the extra mile whether it be trying to work things out with an insurance company, making sure to bundle your household's medications so you only have to make one trip, or calling to let you know you may have forgotten a prescription, their customer service is unmatched. Miss Rosemary always takes excellent care of us, and Daniel is always super fast getting orders together- come here if you like a small town feeling business in the city.

I have been a customer for a very long time. They provide exceptional service and caring staff to help you. Attached is an adorable shop with everything! Smocked baby outfits, Christmas items, jewelry and home decor . This pharmacy is so much better than big box stores.

I started using Market Place Pharmacy for my father after he was placed at a residential facility that required the change to this pharmacy. I have communicated with the pharmacists at this store on many occasions and they have been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional every time. I have also visited their store for help in figuring some new medications out and they were super helpful and eased my concerns. Really can't recommend them enough. Small, locally owned and operated. And some great clothes and unique gifts in the store portion too!

Wonderful pharmacy. The pharmacists always have time to consult with you. They've helped our family for over 25 years. My mom transferred her prescriptions over and they took the time to sit down with her and consult on every medicine she was taking. Which has been a real blessing when memory issues kicked in for Mom.

I can't remember "not" being a customer of Market Place Pharmacy. They are almost like family. You cannot put a price on that feeling of walking into a place where they know you. They really know you. They earned my repeat business. Ever been told to return in an hour, and we'll have your..."? I won't be a number in the system of a mega chain pharmacy that, in the end, turns out to not be personable or even very "convenient". I'm even guilty of looking at and buying some of the awesome Christmas and baby stuff! Oops... Did I say that out loud?

I've been a customer for over 20 years. I moved 3 times but NEVER changed my pharmacy. Its a real treat to have pharmacists that provide guidance and care. It's not about - read me your refill numbers - it's about top notch service and a genuine relationship with their customers. 5 Stars isn't enough!

I wanted to use a local pharmacy instead of a larger mega-mart. I have never been displeased. Once my prescription ran out of stock and they ordered more from within town to fill my prescription the same day. Very nice people and the shopping gives a place to browse for gifts while you wait!
