All three of my kids have been patients of Simply Orthodontist. I can't say enough about him and the team! The front desk staff are always helpful and its a pleasure to go there. The entire staff is very welcoming. We are very pleased with the level of service we receive from everyone there.
Dr. Yogi Chen and his staff are wonderful!! Very attentive and personable. And what amazing work he does! It is amazing to see the transformation in my children's smiles in such a short time. And very reasonable cost and billing options.
Excellent customer service. I was seen by staff members that speak Portuguese; my first language, while my daughter and I were both getting braces. They always call in advance of appointments and offer flexible schedules and forms of payments. Definitely a great place to go, should you want to be in good hands.
A modern, comfortable office. Their attitudes are fun and patient which makes my kids feel relaxed. All 4 of my children are, or have been, patients here. Ownership has changed but we are still receiving the same high quality care.
So-so. Every time we go there, there’s a completely Different staff and different orthodontists!! We signed up because we really like the staff we met the first time. Also, they told me the appointment for my son yesterday would be 15 minutes. I had a family emergency to go to but I didn’t leave because they said it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I was still there in the waiting room waiting for my son.
Every time I come I’m greeted with a smile. My kids love coming here and the whole process is always very easy. Mariana, Cássia and all the other girls demonstrate great knowledge on what they are doing and it puts my mind at ease knowing my kids are in great hands! Strongly recommend! :-
My son got his braces when Dr. Chen was still there. We had a good experience when Dr.Chen was still there but once he left , the place went downhill very fast. The front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and courteous.I would not go back! We miss Dr. Chen!
Dr. Chen, Dr. Baloul and the team are very professional and friendly. I have been using their service for 10 months. I have had great progress with my teeth. The appointment is always on time. The staff are very efficient and effective. A highly recommended worry-free place.
All three of my sons have had braces in the past six years. Dr. Chen and the office staff were exceptional. When it came down to the cost, it was worth it, and Kylie was so supportive providing a payment plan that worked for my family.
