The waitress was very friendly and engaging. She encouraged the Sunday buffet to us. It would be great for a truck driver. I did find plenty to eat. I understand the large Carmel rolls at the counter were excellent from my son.Food: 3/5

The food tasted old, only took one bite of Patty Melt. The bread and meat was the worse, that I ever tasted. I had sent it back and didn't order anything. Wasn't hungry anymore. My sister-n-law had ordered eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. The hashbrowns were cold and not cooked. Had to send back to get it cooked the right way. My fiance ordered also and her food wasn't good at all. Never going back. The other meal was supposed to be hot roast beef sandwich. Didn't taste good, the corn was not good either. Didn't eat it, we just left disappointed.
Service was awesome but the food is another thing. No cheese on salad bar and the grilled chicken dinner is no bigger than a pack of crackers. Not to mention I think it came straight from the microwave. Never againFood: 1/5
My server coco was very friendly and quite a giggle. I ordered the cheese curds appetizer to start. They were amazing perfectly cooked. a premium curd that held its shape coated with a panko crumb that was amazing. I got the bacon burger with fries for a main course. The burger was cooked perfectly, very flavorful an juicy. The bun was well toasted and the fries were fresh and hot. I had the oreo pie for dessert and it was delicious as expected. over all a wonderful experience and worth the stop
I was dinning in the Saturday the 10th around 1:00 am the wait staff was but one server taking on an entire restaurant by herself. The bartender had just finished her shift and came over to help. The cook came from the back and helped as well. Just before these 2 stepped out this server had a very negative customer. A woman sitting by herself who was super super impatient with lack of courtesy she repeated herself over and over again yelling louder and louder for a box. A group of four very amazing people were sitting next to her one women from the party looked over and said “knock it off can’t you see she’s busy” and proceeded to put this women in her place. The women was of a different race so the comment prior to mine was made and twisted to look like racism. That comment is far beyond the truth. All parties involved neither of them were “RACIST” this entire moment had nothing to do with race. That serve repeatedly thanked these wonderful humans crying her pretty little eyes out saying I wish more people had the guts to do what you did the service was beyond amazing with the help of the bartender and cook. If it wasn’t for them I don’t think that poor girl would have made it through the night. She was so amazing. This restaurant is definitely somewhere I’d visit again. Through all of that mess this girl was still very kind and pushed very hard to do her best.
The one waitress for 1am on a Saturday night made the whole experience better. They weren't super busy but they weren't empty either. Multiple tables were left with plates because she was trying to keep up with the customers. The hot beef sandwich was tasty, the mashed taters had lumps from the powder used to make them. Not sure I'll go back. The waitress was a jem!
Good food, sometimes inconsistent but in this day in age it seems to be the new norm though it shouldnt be. The service though is exceptional. All the wait staff are promp, sweet and very pleasant. Easy access right off the Interstate if you are on the road, has a full on fuel stop with a convenient store attached.Food: 4/5
Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. Not at all crowded. We were seated immediately. Our server took a while to come to the table and when she did, she appeared disoriented or unorganized. Maybe both. Took our drink order then repeated it to us three times. Left to get the drinks and came back again to double check what we ordered. Several minutes later, she reappeared and took our order. My husband ordered hamburger steak with a salad and two sides. One of his sides was vegetable medley. When his plate arrived, he had corn. Sent it back and she was coming “right back” with his correct vegetable. Never happened. She never came back by until we were finished. Kept offering us pie. We did not want any, but she insisted, for “Father’s Day” and said she would make it to go. So he ordered a slice of peach pie, which we also never received. Finally, we just paid the check and left. I will say that the food was good, despite the bizarre service!
Great food. I should have taken a pic before I started devouring it, but the first bite lead to most of it being gone. Very nice folks for the wait staff. Like being home but not having to cook!Food: 5/5
