Great prices if they have something you want
I recently discovered Marlo and so thankful they carry the products that I need! I was so tired of dealing with previous distributor and things always running out of stock. I appreciate Marlos ordering being in REAL TIME and if it goes in my cart and it's paid for, I GET IT! Thank you thank you thank you! Great customer service as well!
Affordable prices, reliable & great customer service
Family owned, very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, great selection, unbeatable prices, an easy to navigate website, and if that ain’t enough this’ll blow your mind—their inventory is magically linked to their online ordering process so if what you seek is not in stock you’re prevented from ordering it. Pretty dope, eh‽ Even better if you can believe it! when I encountered such items during my first online order placement, I called the friendly folks at Marlo’s to inquire about the expected arrival time, if they knew, and without delay I was informed that the manufacturer of said products had announced fairly recently that they’d discontinued those particular items. Although that wasn’t great news for a few of my diehard clients who’ve been loyal to the brand for years, my having that information was a game changer—and more specifically I know full well that I’d never have that information if not for Marlo’s willingness to share what they knew with me, meaning that the wild goose chase I’d already been on for a week or more would’ve continued for however long it would have taken me to finally make the unilateral decision that my efforts were fruitless and I should stop searching, for the time being anyway, and meantime I shall make every attempt to appease my empty handed clients, but having no idea what happened and grasping for anything that might explain to my eager clients what the problem could be, I’d very likely end up making the usual COVID related assumptions in my attempts to explain why in the world they can’t have the stuff they’ve been using on their hair for years. It’s all they’ve ever used. There’s never been a shortage before. It’s not like some fancy schmancy highfalutin hairdo accessories or whatever it’s basic hair care products that they’ve trusted to deliver consistent results for years now. I’m their only hope. They’re counting on me to come through for them. I can’t let them down. I’ll do whatever it takes. I’ll use my professional … product procurement skills ? or whatever idk use the force or something whatever I got voodoo magic or anything I can muster. No pressure All it took was one phone call to Marlo’s and I was instantly off the hook My order arrived in perfect condition and much quicker than expected. And thanks to Marlo’s personalized customer support, I’m minus one quagmire, which is freakin awesome
We love the quick and easy ordering/shipping process, and the customer service is great. Stephanie at Marlo in particular is awesome, she really helped us out the one time we had an issue with a product shipped from a third party manufacturer. Thanks Marlo, and thanks Stephanie!
Professional products at a fairly good price. Shipping isn’t the fastest but better then some others. This covid -19 slowed the processing and shipping facilities to almost a stand still, but now moving forward to get my order ready. Thanks Marlo Beauty Supply.
