Marlon Smith-Buie is a fresh and enthusiastic agent on the rise. He received his real estate license in 2014. He decided to get into real estate after finishing his AA due to being intrigued by real estate and construction business in his late childhood. While at Re/Max, Marlon has gained valuable experience in the real estate business. Mr. Smith is native to central florida community growing up in Seminole County and Orange County he is very knowledgable about the areas around central florida. Mr. Smith deals with commercial, residential, rent-to-own and lease properties. Having experience with relocation and credit repair services, Marlon is equipped to handle any obstacle thrown his way. Shortly after receiving his realtor license, Marlon began practicing real estate at Century 21. Years later, he decided to join Re/Max to further his career and experience. Marlon is committed to providing excellent customer service by satisfying the needs and clarifying the realities of all clients. Specifically, he will inform and educate them about the pros and the cons in selling/buying/leasing real estate. In Marlon’s efforts to create a one stop shop experience, he is obtaining his degree in architecture at UCF.
