I don’t usually leave reviews but as someone who works in the medical field I tend to know what is and what is not acceptable & how things work in a medical setting. I made an appointment to be seen at 12:45pm, I wasn’t called in until 1:30 to get my vitals and placed into an exam room. I then waited another 30 minutes for the MD which he/she never came in. I understand that clinics are very unpredictable and can get very busy. I was patient enough given the fact that my appointment was at 12:45pm. So I decided to walk out and kindly inform the girl in the front office that I hadn’t been seen yet and I was leaving. She then responded that they also had “walk ins” in which I reminded her I had an appointment. My appointment should have been prioritized before walk ins. Mind you it wasn’t busy, the waiting room was empty when I arrived and also when I left. I’m sitting in my car writing this review at 2:06pm as shown in the picture below. I then see the front office staff walking up to my car. I put my window down and she proceeds to ask if I still wanted to be seen and that the MD was ready for me. I kindly rejected because I am a single mother who’s clearly sick and was able to sneak some time before my kids got out of school. That was the whole point of my appointment being made the day prior. She admitted and apologized that it was their fault for lack of communication in the back office. So pretty much I was forgotten in that exam room. Please do a better job at communicating within your staff so patients like me don’t get neglected.
The staff if so helpful and kind! Great customer service! They make you feel safe and taken care of! It was my first time visiting this urgent care and I was blown away by their service! Thank you very much !
I arrived before the provider went to lunch and I couldn't be seen. But luckily I was able to make an appt, and take the paperwork home to complete. I was seen by Chelsea and she was very thorough in her assessment and with her answers to my many questions. Tests were done right after being seen, and my medicine was submitted electronically shortly after my visit. All in all, this place is clean, friendly, thorough and professional. I was so pleased that I indeed recommended this location to my neighbors lol During this time, it's hard to find medical services that will not rush you, are clean and thorough. Thanks ladies !
The thought of having to go to the doctors is always a nerve wracking experience for many. Every time I have gone to Marque has been so pleasant. From the check in process, receiving a Covid test, the whole staff, cleanliness of the facility, everything. I went in the other day feeling terrible and very out of it. The nurse who initially saw me was patient and kind and didn’t make me feel unwelcome in any way. They doctor was also very nice, personable, and talked to me normal unlike many doctors who like to use medical terms which can be confusing especially when you already are not feeling 100%. I was in and out in about an hour. They sent my prescription to my pharmacy electronically so I could pick it up in about 30 minutes. It’s never fun being sick, but Marque makes it a lot easier to get the help I need to feel better. Thank you for everything!
I will never be going to another urgent care because you guys do not take care of me the way others do. I was seem very quick, and I was taken extremely well care of due to my condition, but I cannot thank you guys enough for being so helpful and so fast when it comes to my health and well-being. I would definitely recommend anybody who needs fast response of help to come here.
i really love this place. Ive been bringing my son to this place when we need a quick visit to a doctor instead of waiting for his pediatrician or going to an ER. We love the staff, always so friendly and caring. Truly appreciate all the hard work they do. Ive never spent more than an hour here.
I don’t leave many reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Pretty punctual, friendly staff and the doctor took his time explaining and pulling out his cell phone to thoroughly explain what was going on in my situation. I wish I could make this my personal office but it is an urgent care. Thank you to this whole office.
I came to Urgent Care for treating my cough has been going on for a week. They test covid before letting the patient goes inside the clinic. The place is clean and well organized. Friendly staffs from the receptionist to the nurses. Dr. Luis Nugent is caring for patients with lots of questions so he can prescribe the appropriate medications. I would recommend this clinic to everyone that needs an "urgent care" if can't wait for PCP's appointment.
Not only is this urgent care less than ten minutes away from me, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The facility is very clean and well organized! I went in for an eye infection, and I was given the best care for it
The doctor was so attentive to my child. We saw Dr. Nugent and he was so sweet and gentle. The front desk staff were super polite and helpful. I’d definitely keep going back.
