I had an appointment at 3 but was in the area. Decided to go in almost an hour early. I was fully prepared to wait for my appointment. They weren't busy at all. I was called back within 5 minutes. 5 minutes after that the doctor was there. It was quick and easy. I love that the doctors actually listen and look at me when I talk instead of just looking at my chart. The girls at the front are super nice and everything there is just easy. Usually going to urgent care I'd a hassle, but not at this one.
I experienced discrimination at this urgent care. I took my daughter here for a check up since she was not feeling well and Andi the receptionist made sure I felt unwelcome. It was our first visit and we didn’t have an appointment, I was aware we would have to wait since it was a walk in. I was told there was no pediatrician just a doctor, I was fully aware of this already since it’s an urgent care. He then went ahead to tell me I will have a long wait since there are other patients being seen, I said it was okay. He then asked me for my ID and insurance before I could even remove that from my purse he asked me where we live and suggested we should look for urgent care near where we live. My daughter was leaning on the seat, someone else came through the door and she was greeted with enthusiasm that we did not receive when we came in. My ticket was not validated either and I had to pay $4 for being there for less than 10mins. I left with my sick child and headed to Choc hospital. To be a person of color is not a crime. My daughter deserved to be treated just like any other child!!!
The entire staff was marvelous. My daughter was treated with dignity and respect. We were in and out within 45min with our reservation. I would recommend this location. We will be back for our next health care concern.
Love the front office staff, PA and the Dr. Very calming and pleasant experience every visit!! Best place to go for CDM school athletic clearance & extremely affordable! Thank you Marque Team for striving to serve the community with a smile and patience!!!
When in late last night about 715 730 with my grandson that had fevers amazing staff amazing doctor. They do those like we were like celebrities they give us great service. My grandson is feeling better. Thank God and the doctor was it took us time. granted the proper medicine and now my grandson is feeling a lot better just a matter of hours. It’s a great amazing staff so clean I never seen the place so clean in my life and again I think the staff the doctor for everything they’ve done the best I’ve ever seen in my whole entire life I originally from Brooklyn and I’ve been here in the Orange County area for the last 12 years and the best I’ve ever had. Hopefully I don’t need them all the time, but if I do, they’ll be my number one place to go and I recommend them to all my friends, family and neighbors. Thanks again.
I just want to say that girls at the front desk on the day of my visit were amazing. Friendly, polite and eager to help. They should be training other urgent care’s on proper customer service and patient care. Secondly, I am incredibly grateful that Marque accepts Cal Optima. The other local urgent care does not and that really unfair considering this insurance is accepted everywhere. Lastly, it was not busy and we did not have to wait long. The seats were very comfortable and the office was clean. In all honesty, I hope it remains a local semi-unknown gem so that it doesn’t become overcrowded or for parking to become an issue.
This is for the one in Newport. The receptionist is very courteous and professional. The Nurse was kind and patient. The Doctor provided great service. I love this place when you need urgent care! Highly recommended
Its my first time here, I took both my kids here for flue symptoms… they swap you for COVID outside and let you inside only if you test negative.. The place is clean, the ladies working there and Dr. Wade are vey very nice, doctor took his time to listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable.
The staff was friendly, my son loved the doctor, the wait time was almost nonexistent… aside from having to visit urgent care in the first place, it was a great experience.
Second time I have gone here and unimpressed. Only go here if you want to be told they can’t do anything, they can hardly examine you and certainly won’t run any labs or tests. Really a waste of time and money. Really no care, maybe it’s good for sport physicals but not if you are sick. Go to a real doctor, not this place.
