I still love going to a movie theater and I’m glad we have this one locally. Seats are nice, but are showing wear from patrons. In a good area, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Worth going to!

Love going here with my work. We love watching the movies it would be good for the movies to start a little later then at 930 in the morning so people have time to get there and parking is definitely rough when getting there. Once the movie is done it would be nice to see the halls being cleaned up better with pop corn everywhere... I did catch a child eating popcorn off the floor multiple times. Bathrooms definitely get packed after movies are over.

Drive almost an hour to come here every time! We love the comfort of the seats compared to anywhere near us. Love the easiness of buying tickets on the site beforehand and picking our seats.

Depending on what theater number you're sitting in, some of the seats are horrible. Condition is bad, worn out and filthy. Today, service at the counter was awful. For the price you pay should at least get half way decent service. Manager was in the corner chatting with emoyees, and it was not work related, and it was a total bother for them to wait on the counter. Totally disappointed

I don't know what has happened to this place, but it definitely has some issues. Got to the 8pm showing of Oppenheimer at 7:37. Some employees who were sitting inside the theater and gabbing told us they had to clean. At 7:50 we were allowed in. Pitch black. People used their phone lights to find their seats. No commercials. Previews started at 8. Then all the lights go on. 12 minutes later the movie starts but not at the beginning, 12 minutes in!! Two days later we go see Barbie. My husband's seat wouldn't recline. Mine did but wouldn't go back into place later, had to climb out. This also happened to the two people sitting next to us. Wish there was another theater around.

cost $40 for three of us. They had one express ticket machine on for a whole line if people at the machine and concession stand. Would not turn on another machine or person would not get behind the counter and sell tickets the normal way, god forbid anyone work. The concession for 2 sodas and a popcorn was over another $25. Halls filty with popcorn and toilet paper. Disappointed and disgusted. Went to the little mermaid with 3 of us. Pay $100 to go to a movie but no one works there apparently just 1 computer. Will go somewhere else next time Rome or Oneida.

I didn't like picking my seat when I bought my ticket. We had a issue where the person next to us breathe was so bad that him sitting next to us was horrible and since u pick it seats when u buy tickets we felt we shouldn't move our seat. Popcorn was crazy expensive. Still gotta say I like my hometown movie theater more in onieda but if ur in New Hartford it's not like you have other choices so it will do. It's good but not great

Good Cinema, nice employees and good food. overall comfort and image/sound quality is good, but one complaint I have is that the IMAX theaters have worn/broken seats that look nastier than the regular seats. In addition, many of the heated seats in the IMAX theaters don't work.

The movie experience is great. Very comfortable reclining chairs. The food, however, is so expensive. $5 for dollar store candy. $15 for a large popcorn and soda.

This cinema is so disgusting. Garbage everywhere in the theater from the last showings. The staff was nice but on their phones and didn’t do their jobs. You could get away with buying just one ticket for your party because they never even checked them. Doesn’t look like management even cares.
