I agree with reviews here. The shipping office is rude, as can be. especially that short beaded guy who thinks he owns Mars Petcare . Overweight on my driver's and was told he can get someone else to do the load or sit here all day. Well, Mars Petcare , I won't be pulling your loads anymore. Zero stars
The folks at the guard shack are very friendly but for some reason it is very slow getting checked in and checked out.
I come here once every 2 months. I NEVER HAVE ISSUES HERE. Awesome Staff, Usually in and out. Usually on schedule. PIT IS LARGE AND FASTER THEN OTHERS. GREAT SPOT TO UNLOAD BULK GOODS.

Multiple employees approached management with concerns on multiple occasions about being given the sign-on bonus promised during the hiring process. Management talked in circles and nothing was said with certainty in regards to actually receiving the bonus. During the discussion of these concerns, management disrespected numerous employees, resulting in said employees vacating the worksite entirely. 70% of the staff needs an attitude adjustment. This is an extremely toxic work environment with incredibly disrespectful higher-ups; not a pleasant place to work in the slightest. Hector marcano, Tim lust, among others in management needs to be fired in order to have a healthy work environment high manipulative and narcissistic individuals.
