I love going to the Marshalls in Freeport. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it is not a super Marshalls so, you cannot find everything you need there. However it does have a good amount of stuff and I was able to find some cute things for my house. And that's not forget the prices it is very affordable.
When my suitcase is missing sweaters for the winter weather…a Marshalls run becomes necessary. Just before entering the store my mask malfunctioned. Upon entry, Karin was kind enough to accommodate my mask request which made shopping more comfortable. This Marshalls offered many great buys. If only I was closer to home, I would’ve purchased that Brookstone Bluetooth Soundbar. Flying with a soundbar may have been quite the challenge. Leaving this Marshalls fulfilled, I will absolutely return should the need arise. There’s plenty of parking, other stores in the shopping center and they are just off Sunrise Highway great location.
The store was a bit of a hot mess. There were hangers on the floor. However, I was able to find a few things to buy. I was almost discouraged by the long line at checkout but it moved very quickly! When it was my turn the cashier was so friendly and efficient.
Line to check out was extremely long... 45 minutes wait time on the line.
I used to go here for Men's shoes and clothing, but they reduced the Men's section quite a bit. If you want women/toddler clothing then by all means, this place is for you.
Little bit of everything, cheap prices but difficult to find the sizes I wanted. Everything was too big and I wound up buying nothing.
You can find good stuff at low prices
Give a 3 rating because of the badly maintained restroom lady's room is out of order presumably for a while, man's room has water pots on the floor while sink faucet mal-functions. Otherwise, this store live up to the average organized store of good Marshall. The store is actually quite big and well stock. But the walled structure in the middle where dressing rooms are, makes the view less.
All of the staff members were kind and helpful.
Usually good but didn’t really have much of what I was looking for this time.
