I put a Beautiful 3 1/2 Carat Emerald on last away there... It will take some time to achieve but it will Definitely be Treasured by me... And an Heirloom piece for the next Generation!!!! Also a Watch Battery installed for a mere $5 for a Vintage Fossil Watch that matched 1 my daughter had many years ago. She was thrilled!!!! Fast, friendly, Polite Service. Marshall's has been a Wonderful Jewelry Store for Decades!!!!

The owner was great to work with, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were working with a limited budget for my wedding band and he didn't try to push us in to a price range that we weren't comfortable with like many jewelry stores like to do. I feel that he treated us the same as he would someone who was spending several thousand dollars.

My husband got my engagement ring from their Elizabethtown store 14 years ago. After all that time the prong bent when I hit it on something. I took it in and they fixed it for free and delivered it to me in Elizabethtown free of charge! Great customer service! They cleaned it up so my ring looks as good as the day he proposed. Thanks!

Very nice place, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mr Marshall himself actually helped myself and my fiancé find the perfect wedding rings. Also, side note, they have their rescue dogs in a side area. And the dogs are adorable.

Great customer service!! Adjusted the band of a watch that didn't come from their store for a great price. After a larger chain store turned me away only work on brands they sell . In and out in just a few minutes. Couldn't ask for better service. Support this local small business.
