We are from Canada and like to make this one of our stops to shop stores as the have a good selection and low prices.
If your here at 7pm store closes at 9:30 check the dressing room BEFORE your actually ready to check out... Sucks to load your cart, ... head to the dressing room, only to find it closed. I live over an hour away so buying and returning isn't very feasible. I GUESS now we put it all back

Was fun shopping they're found things I didn't even know I needed or wanted the price is a pretty good the brands are excellent quality
Love shopping Mashall. There are a lot of dresses and clothes to choose. The price were beyond fair compare to goodwill but you get brand new clothes.
Looked around for a bit, found some perfume & dog toys. Extra cashiers were called and we didn't have to wait.
Always a 5 star store! Everyone in Omak and beyond loves having a Marshall's in town.
Meh. I wasn't impressed with their selection of clothing. Also, the discounts were pretty sad. Ross has better prices.
Poor customer service. Especially if you're told by an associate that upper management is able to look up a transaction. Only to be told sales for the day is a lot. Especially when a time of day is given between 10:45- 11 am. I'll go to Ross next time my instincts were Ross... Guess there's always a first and that was my last @ Marshall's.!!
Marshall s is one of my favorite places to shop, although I have exhausted all avenues I can think of trying to a regional manager or a manager outside of the east Wenatchee location and have not had any luck. The reason being, which is also for my 3 star ratingand 3 stares I think is being very kind considering.... So right before x-mad I was shopping with my daughter she found a little dude table she loved among some other items. So I secretly bought the table and other items for her for x-mas. The employee asked his manager if they could put the items aside for a few days when I could come back without my daughter and pick them up. In order to keep it a surprise of course! They were happy to do so and they kept my receipt to put it in the bag with my items which now I look back and realize I should have kept my receipt! Basically what happened is I called and talk to someone two days later and asked them if they would be able to extend the hold of my things for one more day cause I had to be out of town longer than I thought. Again they said no problem. So I went in to pick up my items and they were nowhere to be found the manager was very short with me and acted as if it were my fault because they do not typically do holds! I actually got the impression she did not believe me when she asked for my receipt and I said they have it. So in the end nothing was done I asked her to run back the cameras and she stated they only do that for well basically important matters. I never was compensated for this loss and in total I spent over $160.00 that day! So to say the least not happy with Marshall’s!
