Great customer service! Maria was so helpful today in making sure I had the correct clearance price on my items. Good selection and I will be back if in the area again.
Love this place!! It’s clean, very well organized and has great selection. Also, everyone who works there is super friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The cashier asked me if I wanted to complete a survey. I did. The cashier hovered over me and told me what answers to put. When I indicated that I wanted to do the survey privately, she kept pressuring me.
The workers follow you around as if you are going to steal. I felt really uncomfortable.
Workers followed me around as if I was stealing! I felt super UNCOMFORTABLE!!!
The cashier, while conducting my check-out, simply moved to another cashier without saying a word. she started serving another client and when I asked why she did not continue my checkout, she mumbled something indistinctly. terrible service.
I found some great buys here, so sorry but when I got home the beautiful evening gown that I bought didn't fit. It was just a tad too small. I was so disappointed.
Marshall's is a great place to shop. Ample parking, clean, COVID safe, friendly staff, great prices, great variation of items from men and women clothing and accessories to kitchen and bath needs. Highly recommended.
I visit this store I surprise to check prices of items they manipulate the prices of everyrhing here I select one pair of shoes the same brand and same company but slightly different of cost I asked to cashier to changed it but she refused to do it their customer services so bad they do not honors to customers.
Nice location, plenty of parking. I always find something at a good price there.
