I am extremely disappointed with Marshall’s credit card customer service. I signed up in the store and when I received the card in the mail, it already had a fraudulent charge on it of $100 before I activated it. I called the card company immediately to report it. They left the charge on the card, pending investigation. I closed the card over the phone, and received a bill in the mail for the fraudulent charge. I called a second time and they said the investigation could take up to 60 days. In the meantime, I’ll be charged a late fee. This will affect my credit score. They promised to fix my credit score. I’ve never heard anything so crazy. Reputable credit card companies refund the fraudulent charges immediately. Watch out!
I found a couple of last min. gifts for my daughters baby shower. They had a bunch of cute baby clothes. I grabbed a couple baby books for my grandson that's due in July.
Found that this Marshall's had a much better/new/fresh/different selection of 'everything' in all Depts., and also prices were very reasonable, compared to what is currently offered in any TJ Maxx right now!!!
Needed a swim suit after forgetting to pack one . Had multiple options and extensive options in other departments . Staff was friendly and organized
We have shopped here several times,and like the place.Kind employees, and lots of variety..for women,but for older men..not too much to chose from.

I have been a very frequent shopper at this location, and have spent hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars here. While making a return, the older cashier with the short white hair unsure of her name made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and was very rude to me. She made it clear that she was not happy that I was making a return of summer clothes during fall season. After reading through the store policy, there is nothing stating that items from previous seasons cannot be returned so if that is the case maybe the store policies need to be updated for the public to see. I will be bringing my service and my money elsewhere to shop where I am not made to feel uncomfortable.

Great store with awesome selections of clothing, home goods, outdoor decor, shoes, and more! Always enjoy coming here to see what new things they have in stock. They always have a decent amount of clothing, both tops and bottoms for men and women. Both casual, formal and athletic as well. They offer a large variety of home goods from decor, to candles, bath supplies, cookingware and dishware. Prices are always great and you can often find big brands for cheap!
I love the Marshall's in Windham ME. The personnel at Marshall's are exceptional people and always give stellar service. Shout out to Mary. Through the years, Marshall's has made my clothes shopping experience affordable and a delight to find unique buys that fit whether I have been fat or thin. Over a year ago, I made a new year's resolution to lose fat, started using a fit bit religiously and actually went from pushing close to a size 18 to between a size 2-4. I needed a whole new and affordable wardrobe for every season and the vast majority of my wardrobe is from Marshall's in Windham ME. Thank you everyone at Marshall's in Windham. You are always so kind and helpful. All clothes and shoes in photos are from Marshall's.
