I like the merchandise and service but Watch Your Money! I had a gift card, used it. One item broke and had my friend return it. They gave him a card with his name on it. He gave it to me since I was the original owner. When I tried to use it and ran it through they said it had to be used by the person whose name is on the card. So I paid with my credit card. They took the amount off of the gift card AND took my payment! Then he tried to use it, saw there wasn't enough money on the gift card so he decided to return the item to the shelf. They Still took the money off the gift card. Now they will not return any of the money on the gift card!!! Watch Your Money!
It's so convenient to be able to check out they have at least 4 to 6 people behind the register ready to check you out quickly . No self-service. Hands on and easily to say whether or not you change your mind about purchasing a product, and the person can take it off rather than you looking for a worker to void it out . Thanks for customer service.
A good store. Though choices are not plenty their prices are competitive. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
It’s better than a good store but less than awe inspiring. Nice sock selection. Clean store. Two beautiful Hawk coats at an excellent price. Checkout clerk was cool with my quirkinesses. Very helpful. I’m rounding 4.5* up to 5 because the shelves were stocked with things that caught my eye. If it didn’t catch my eye, It caught her eye. EYE think I went in for a can opener. $50 later, we were leaving the store upset and victorious.
The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. Even with long checkout queues they work really hard to maintain the overall harmony of the shop. Thanks to all the cashiers and staff for wonderfully doing their jobs. I love Marshalls and this particular one is no different. The only thing is that its mostly very crowded and people just throw stuff here and there and sometimes its not always in place. I still love to shop there, everything is worth buying. Best value for money. Thank you Marshalls.
Im a huge Marshall's, Home goods and TJ max fan. Ive always used these stores for my pet supplies. They have the best toys, treats and accessories for dogs. The brands of treats they carry are mostly all natural with a large variety of flavors. And with an erray of digestive bones and chews. Ive been buying my pet products from these stores for over 10 years proudly. I work in the rescue community and it never fails how so many people dont know how to shop for their pets. Now ya know lol and now I will save you money and make your pets happy. Stop going to the petco and pet supplies etc. You will thank me for it. Promise! I write reviews to inform and educate people. In hopes that I have helped someone, like so many reviews I have read helped me. This Marshall's did carry the pet products that I love. However, I was not impressed with the home decor department. I went to do some serious decor shopping, unfortunately that didnt happen. Im in the middle of moving from Queens NY to Rochester. So I need everything! They didnt have any wall decor like most Marshall's. The furniture was all mid century modern. The Marshall's Im use to have no shortage of home decor and the furniture appeals to everyone. This Marshall's has a much bigger clothing department then most. They also have a big skincare & hair department. Overall who doesnt love Marshall's no matter what their set up is, there is always something there for everyone. This one just lacks in the decor department. So there are so many home decor stores to choose from around here. That Im sure I will be reviewing for your reading pleasures lol nevertheless I spent a little over $300 at Marshall's and Im content with all the items I purchased for my new home.
Worst experience I have ever had. Me and my sister called marshalls and we just asked for a gift recommendation and the employee running the phone totally used a rude tone and words. I am personally not happy this my experience here. I was just trying to ask a question and was rudely interrupted multiple times by the employee and she was saying this like she was saying a rude remark
Good store, nice atmosphere. Easy to find items. Good customer service.
If you get lucky can find really nice clothes here
