Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!! 4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.
They have everything in this store. The pricing is good…The store is nice and neat, the customer service is good they are very helpful and nice to people. While we was waiting in line we saw these chips by Deer River They are called Mango Habanero, they are bomb!!!
So fun all the different things you can find at Marshalls. I always leave with skincare, makeup, or candles. It's a good place to buy gifts at fair prices

Guys working on store were very creepy. I wanted to leave immediately after one followed me around blocking the aisles off with caution tape and laughing saying it's closed as I was in it. Then proceeding to try to talk to me. Did not appreciate it at all as I walked away several times and was very clear I didn't want to talk. I would avoid if you wanna have a peaceful shopping experience until they are done doing whatever they're doing to update the store.
Location isn't the best as I shop at Marshall's in Greentree and Robinson so wanted to try some other location. Not the best Marshall's but the 2 gentleman working behind the counter was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, I did not find a single item or merchandise.
The store is ok, around closing time there seem to be an abundance of employees standing around chatting and telling customers that the store is closing soon, which is fine. My issue- which I have mentioned to employees several times- is that the floors are filthy, and the clothes are touching the ground and have dust bunnies hanging off of them. There are dresses and long sweaters that are hanging on racks and touching the ground, and they are dusty at the bottom. The merchandise is ruined, and I’m honestly too grossed out to even buy clothes here anymore. I can understand cheaper stores that have this issue, but Marshall’s is actually pretty mid priced for what they really offer. The combination of employees standing around waiting for me to leave- along with their products literally marinating in dust- is really disappointing
I enjoy coming here. They have a great selection of clothes and home decor stuff here. If you don't buy something you see that you really like, you have to buy it or else it will be gone later.
Nice store butt it wasn't very organized that day and things were just packed that day.. there was also empty packages in the makeup department so apparently there is alot of thieves shopping there.. so watch your belongings.. have to remember the location though I mean look at the Walmart on the hill up there it's disgusting...
