The best Marshalls I've been to! Well maintained and a huge selection of all around quality items. Very clean and friendly staff. Plenty of room to walk around and browse. D-LO recommended
This is by far the worst experience I have had in my entire life! Javier should really look into Jennifer’s customer service skills. I had purchased a blouse without trying it on, days after I came to exchange it with tags on and the original receipt and the cashier on the last number REMOVE one tag and called Jennifer. Jennifer proceed to say the blouse smelled like beer with a very bad attitude. There’s no way that blouse smelled like beer like she stated, but she continued to embarrassed me telling me that blouse indeed smelled like beer. First of all, I don’t drink and second that blouse didn’t fit me. I do not care about that blouse anymore I will give it away but there is no way an employee that is suppose to have customer skills can assume and embarrass a customer just like that!
I went to this Marshalls of Buena Park to return some shoes I just brought them haven’t been a hour took the shoes back to Marshalls Buena Park the shoes were only 29.00 dollars these people treat me as if I was a criminal I shop at marshals all the time and then you have this female with this pink hair trying to harass me and be racist towards me and I called the district manager Delmy no answer still waiting for the call I called the store to ask for the manager Anissa pretending to be a manager never push this issue up to the correct authorities this place is a horrible place to shop at it’s supposed to be therapeutic when your shopping but instead you’re getting harassed and told not to shop here no more what kind of establishment is this something has to be done about this and I won’t stop until it’s resolved my next step is a lawsuit Step
Worst Marshall’s ever! Wanted to return an item less then 24 hours after buying it, nothing wrong with the item what so ever, just did not like the look of it in my home & the “so called manager” refused to honer my return even though I had the receipt, it had been less then 24 hours after purchase?? Make it make sense! Never shopping at this location again.
Signed up for a TJ Maxx credit card to make my purchase, and the new cashier ringing me up stole my credit card information and went and made a purchase at a Marshall's in Glendale two days later. I hadn't even gotten my cc in the mail yet. Not the brightest bulb
Always appears as though there has been an immense struggle. Sometimes, it has some cool stuff.
Overall good deals at this location. However, make sure to shop early, came here one week before Mothers Day looking for a "Mothers Day" themed gift and everything was sold out.
This is one of the best Marshalls and HomeGoods location I’ve ever been to. It has so many things, and it is very big. I like how they had a wide variety of clothes for men, mostly designer. I found a lot of nice things that are usually at Nordstrom here at this Marshalls location for a fraction of the price. What’s really nice is that HomeGoods is in the same shop, so I was able to get some olives and other specialty ingredients that are usually have a very hard time finding elsewhere. The staff is really nice and friendly, this is definitely a location I will come back to, even though I live further away.
The associates here are not very friendly. They don’t accept returns from Tjmax which they are supposed to do it since it’s the same company.
Enjoyable place to shop at. The store is clean and organized for the most part.
