The store had a little face lift & it looks great clean & organized
So much better than Avon location. Staff and managers are nicer here. However, they need to rid operations manager Kathy Nisbet she’s very condescending
It's not the same as it use to be. I couldn't find a nice shirt for my son. The style of clothing is cheap.

Marshall's in the Charter Oak Marketplace on Flatbush Avenue in Hartford hours are Monday-Saturday 9:30am-9:30pm and Sunday 10am-8pm.
I have not visited this store in a long time because is out of my way. I decided to go check for nice boots and as I walked in I was highly disappointed. the shoe section in front of the store was not what it was. it had nice shoes in her front now it looks like a low end store with racks of shoes all mixed together. not appealing at all. I still looked around but the shoes looked like second hand. Obviously I did not find what I was looking for. Not sure what such a horrible change but I know I definitely will not go back, . Highly disappointed.
This was my first time at this Marshalls, I was looking for a suitcase. I was instantly greeted when I entered, the store was bright and clean. Things were neat and orderly, sales people were everywhere but no one asked me if they could help me. When I checked out, the associates were excellent, wonderful, outstanding and polite. As I exited, I was greeted with the most beautiful "have a nice day " one could ever hear. I found the perfect suitcase it's pink.
Not a good selection of men's clothes.
