I just had the best customer service I've had anywhere in years! Claudia was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me access rewards from my account and gave me a valuable tip about one of the products I purchased.

It's a really great store with huge bargains and a variety for the entire family including pets both cats and dogs also furniture and electronics from something as little as a headphone to speaker sized electronics there is almost nothing this store doesn't have my only complaint is that I have no complaints the service is great and impressive at that they clean after every person and practice distancing to a T where most stores don't even care if they are wearing the mask p.s. people having a mask on your face but hanging from your chin ISN'T WEARING A MASK it needs to cover your mouth or pointless great store recommended for all ages

The blonde coordinator needs to learn cash . She’s rude & doesn't understand what she’s being told. I asked her to look up my purchase with my credit card and she proceeded to do a no receipt return .

The change in the shoe display has not impressed me. Now it's like the shoes at Goodwill.

Need to improve on products clothes & shoes for this area. Within that 10 - 15 years or more, this store has gone down drastically! Improve the selections in this store asap or, it will close due to lack of sales. I'm almost certain that is why TJ Maxx closed. To bring back other customers, you need to bring back style!!!
