Do you think store looks busy enough to not have available shopping carts? But they don’t want to hire enough people. That’s why retail is going downhill. I asked a manager I think at the registers and his answer was They are all in use. Mmmhh? I think they are all in the parking lot. The Manager I ask about it was Paul. 40 minutes later when I was done shopping. Still no carts
Came to Marshalls today got everything I need it everyone was really nice good customer service especially a shout out to an employee gave me a cart I needed a cart really bad I had a lot of stuff in my hands and she came and she gave me a cart greatly appreciate it. Awesome job Marshalls!!! Merry Christmas
Great selection of home decorations and other home need stuff… Friendly staff and quick service.
I hadn't been in a long time because I'm just never impressed with anything I see after you buy stuff and you wash it once from there and it falls apart you're never impressed with anything you get there and the prices are so high for what they offer
They have more variety at other locatiobs like natomas and elk grove. However not bad at all....no one can beat their prices specially for the branded stuff

Marshalls is always lots of fun great no super great customer service. Lots of beautiful clothes, great cosmetics, cups etc. Loved it. Thanks for such a great experience. Wynn Dee Harbulak
This is a nicer Marshalls. Clean and typically well organized. Cycles through some really neat finds, usually well stocked with dog stuff, good clothing selection, etc. Staff tend to be no bs, friendly if you interact with them, but they'll leave you to your shopping unless you need them. Customers can be snooty but at least no one is typically throwing down in the aisles more passive aggressive action. I judge other Marshalls against this one.
Clean and organized with items easy to find. Mask policy required is posted on the entry doors. It's not enforced so some adults walking around without masks n some with masks. If you're uncomfortable in that environment, avoid this place.
My shopping experience was pretty good. I found what I was looking for. Great deals on perfume and make up. I also found really cool eye glasses readers. They had plenty of cashiers so I didn't wait in line too long and the service was good and friendly.
