Marsilvia jewelry was recommended to me by a coworker. I dealt with Mr Roydin, who is very knowledgeable about jewelry. He helped me pick out the perfect stone and setting for my ring. He took his time to explain to me the clarity of a stone and even showed me the difference between a flawless stone and a stone with imperfections. I recommend his shop when looking for classy and reasonable price jewelry.

I purchased this about two years ago it’s a lobster claw brand new because of the size and they replaced it for me and I just went back in to have them take a look at it they told me I have to buy another one lobster claw never taking a thing off I went to get an MRI today I had to take off all my metals and this is what happens

I love this store and the people. One of the sons I knew when he was young. The mom and dad are wonderful. They always take as much time as you need. The prices are great quality is amazing. Wouldnt trust another jeweler. If I could give 100 stars I would. A definite must for any honest quality jewelery

Resized my ring that is very important to me. He did a beautiful job, much nicer than previous Jewelers. Pricing is decent as well, no complaints there. Was a little irritated though as I was called in the morning saying my ring was ready. Picked it up hours later and it still needed polishing and finishing touches. I couldn't really wait as my husband and toddler were in car waiting for me. Also he had to resize it when I feel as a jeweler they should know the appropriate size when they sized me in the first place. He did work as quickly as he could to fix that for me and the ring looks great. So a little bit odd of an experience but overall I still give them five stars and would highly recommend.

Good People but not good customer service. They tell you they would call and so far I didn't get a single call back since I started to go there. When I call, noone answers for days. Waiting on repairs to a prized watch, so far, more than 60 business days. Have gone to Marsilvia for that past 4 years. This may be the worse period of time. Still nice people. Nice jewelry. Nice location.
