I dont know why they have such a low rating. They deserve more of a rating. I've been with them for 7 years and dr guerra delivered all 3 of my kids. The Baylor office sometimes there would be long wait times since she was delivering babies but that's it for the most part. She never offered to let my husband to cut my kids cords but with baby number 3 I asked and she let him. My only hiccup I had was with my first baby I had a sign of possibly going into labor and nothing was said then couple days later I had a 7 lb baby at 34 weeks but that's it.

Dr Guerra and her staff front office included were very polite, professional and ready to help. There was little to no wait time when we went. Lori helped get us in very quickly due to the problema we were having. They took these problems with pregnancy very seriously and were able to assist and do labs and us go from there. We recieved results and a call with results and advice within 24 hours which was amazing. We will be continuing care with Dr Guerra at the Beach Street Office. Will highly reccomend her to anyone pregnant or who just needs a new Gynecologist.

Really bad experience with her office team. Not communicative and they don’t even schedule their appointments right. You have to call them to make sure they do whatever they say they are going to do. Very annoying.

When I had my daughter 2015 she didnt even deliver my baby or didnt check up on me the next day . When I would go for my checkup. She would be short and made me feel dumb at times. I would never recommend her at all

I really dont get why this doctor has been given 1.6 rating? I just had my hysterectomy done, and oh boy what an amazing and patience team members and Dr was extremely patient, caring and knowledgable of wht she was doing to me. Both offices Forth Wortg and Haltim are great! i have being with this doctor aunce 2016 and I will not change!

I found Dr. Guerra and her staff to be compassionate and very competent. She listened to my concerns and desires regarding my care and was honest and supportive.

She delivered 2 of my kids and I would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone.

No bedside manners. Not communicative.

Will not be going back...
