Martin Luther King Branch Cleveland Public Library

Even on a "busy" day, this beautiful building is still a safe, neat, and quiet place to study or read, if you want a place other than your own living space to do that.

Horrible experience. Zero people skills, nor emphathy, at this location. NASA told me to call the local PUBLIC library for free eyeglasses protection for the incoming eclipse. This location had the LAST 2 PAIRS available to give away. Having only those 2 left and being on my way to the library, I kindly asked them to save them until my arrival. Even if they close at 6pm, they told me they will no longer hold to them after 1630. I tried to point out that the current pouring rain and consequent traffic congestions may slow my driving down but they gave me no guarantee after 430pm, EVEN IF THEY HAD JUST 2 PAIRS LEFT... I turned the car around to avoid to go there for nothing... I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of kindness and sense of Civic service I experienced at this location. I'll voice thE treatment I received to NASA suggesting alternative pubblic venues more inclined in helping the working community and happy to serve their taxpaying neighbors. Pretty incredible...

There is adequate parking in the back even though it may not be obvious when driving past the front. They have a good collection of books and other materials and frequently offer free classes and events for the community.

Staff helpful, couldn't believe it Took all the work out of acquiring the books & supplies I needed.

Clean and inviting. The personel were friendly and helpful.

My Grandson comes up there an he loves the staff they are so kind and understanding. ty everyone at MLK Library
