The scheduler is very rude and unprofessional. Please do not try to change or get an appointment with your doctor. I was told my doctor do not have an appointed for June 2022 and it is November 2021. Then I explained to her why I need an appointment in the same week and she said to me. Why don't you go somewhere else and get your labs done, we really need to be careful how we treat each other whether in a doctor office or in a public setting. I decided to be the bigger person and let it go. There’s no room for hate and rude to different nationality or race, especially in these times.
I have taken my dad to this doctor. Him and his staff really care about their patients. Meaningful care! Kudos to them. Hard to find physicians that really care anymore!!
