I was in the market for a new washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, and over the stove microwave, and I spent over 4 hours in the store with Todd. He was absolutely awesome! It was obvious very quickly that he knew the appliances inside and out. He answered in detail every question I had. Martin's was the first place I shopped for my appliances, but after talking with Todd, I knew my search was over. Today, Joe and Brian delivered the washer and dryer, refrigerator, and stove. They were so professional and so nice. Everything was installed perfectly! I'm really very happy I went to Martin's! As a side note, the microwave will be delivered next week.
Live in Saline and my third experience with Martin’s Home Center purchase/delivery. Previously VERY sleek furniture. Today, a couple of sleek sofa/recliners for the basement AND new washer, dryer and Refrigerator. Everything was delivered and installed expertly. We were unaware of some problems which they repaired and then continued installing did’t tell us, just didn’t did it. Installation was perfect! Should also mention that the sales staff at Martin’s do not work on commission. NO pressure!
What a great place, great assortment of furniture and appliances best part the sales people don't circle you non stop. It was very pleasant. Here's a great tip, upstairs is where you will find the sale items!! Delivery is very affordable and quick! I would go back again. This was my first time going there and I just loved it, plus it's in the downtown district in Tecumseh, so after shopping you can easily grab lunch. Easy parking in back enter through the Ace hardware and walk through the store and then you are in Martin's.
Always so helpful, whether on the phone, in person or on installation service. Getting my new microwave was great! I love supporting local businesses, and shopping Martin's has been a wonderful experience for many years!
Just had an amazing transaction at Martin's. Got a chair for a great price and the customer service was 10 star. That makes all the difference. You won't go wrong shopping here. Skip the chains and SHOP LOCAL!

We've been shopping at Martin's for many years. If we need new furniture, appliances or anything for the yard, this is our go to place! They have a huge selection of great brands, and their customer service is the best! Oh, and my husband shops next door in their hardware department pretty much every week! I highly recommend Martin's Home Center.

Martins is the place to shop. Their associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are the best I have found and I have done my research. They have what you need. Deliverys are done promptly. The installers are the best. I have never had anyone be so careful in my home. They took the time to do it right and they know exactly what they are doing. Always shop at Martin's they are the BEST!!
500 Stars!! Thank you for coming through for our family in a true refrigerator crisis. Dave, and Brandon Night were so helpful. NOBODY had the odd size refrigerator that I needed to fit though the doorways of my 130yr old house, but Martins DID and delivered it outside their normal radius in order to save me from the nightmare that having no working fridge causes. I ordered at 5:20pm on Saturday and they delivered on Monday. The delivery and haul away service was truly white-glove. Not only did they wash and shine my new fridge, they washed and shined ALL of my appliances!! Thank you, Thank you for all your help.
