Martin's Pharmacy

I have been using Martins in Waynesboro VA with no issues. Switched to Staunton six months ago. My Dr. Called in a new prescription and the insurance company won't pay for it. I called and told them that I would pay the tremendous cost of $6.97 out of my pocket. No the representative told me it is company policy if we know you have insurance you can't pay cash for it and can't fill it. Never had this issue in the past seven years at Martins in Waynesboro. I just paid around 7$ at Kroger pharmacy with good rx.

The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are always so polite, courteous, professional and gracious. My prescriptions are always filled fast and on time. This pharmacy is absolutely exceptional and gets an A plus plus from my husband and I. Thank you for being there for us. You make life so much more pleasant for us when other pharmacies have made life so stressful. The whole store is absolutely amazing. We always find everything we are looking for plus more and the staff is always pleasant.

I've been using their pharmacy for years now and wouldn't change : I think I started going there in college because they offered an antibiotic I needed for free, and I just kept going there. It's convenient to do grocery shopping while waiting or picking up. The people working there are friendly and professional.

I have made Martin's my regular pharmacy due to their very friendly and informative staff as well as their very reasonable prices.every time I go to this pharmacy I have an outstanding experience and I highly recommend it to all.

Their lack of adequate hygiene is worrisome.

Easy to find items and helpful employees.
