They would have gotten 5 stars but the receptionist is super rude. I called and asked to speak to Enoch. She told me and I quote. "We have half hour left in the day, I doubt he'll be able to call you back". Then they don't ever answer or they'll pick up and hang up. The voicemail says to "not leave a voicemail and call back at regular business hours." Uh, its 2:15PM on a Thursday. If this isn't "regular business hours",then what is? Other than that Enoch is the best. He got me a super good return and was quick and very helpful. I just wish I could get a hold of him to get some other help for my business.
I’ve been coming here for the last 10 years. When I had w-2 and when I started my small business. They have always been able to help me. My first year, I started with Enoch, and every year after, Derrick has helped me out and given me great suggestions and advice. You should definitely make an appointment. It’s been harder and harder every year to just walk in.

They always go above and beyond to answer any questions and take the time to thoroughly explain it to you. I'm a repeat client and will not go anywhere else. If you want to get treated like family I suggest you give them a try.
I would have put the 5 stars. I love going with Gilbert Luna. My entire family has been going with him. Every experience has been worth it. ****But unfortunately, today my parents told me it took hours for them to be seen. My parents’ appointment was at 11:30am and they didn’t get seen until 4pm. My parents weren’t asked if they had an appointment & they kept asking “why was it taking so long”. They were told “ow you have 3 people in front of you” & “ow there’s one person more.” My parents then said “how is it going to be 4pm already and our appointment was at 11:30???” Then, the receptionist said “wait, you had an appointment??” I tried calling today to make sure this mistake doesn’t happen again. I am so sad to see that the receptionist didn’t ask or bother checking if his name happened to be on the appointment list. We have been going here for years. If you have an office or provide a service in a Latino based community, as a receptionist, I do believe your job is to make sure you read your customer/consumer. It’s easy to see my parents only speak Spanish and my father is extremely timid. So as a customer and as a human being, I do ask to Please please as a receptionist, you take the time to make Spanish speakers comfortable and ask the necessary questions like do you have an appointment.
My experience with Enoch has been great. I've used him for 7 +years. He's been honest, committed, and loves what he does as a C.P.A. I highly recommend him.
Husband has been going here for 3 years, NEVER had a problem. Everyone is great and has a positive attitudes. Gilbert is the best guy there he's very helpful.
