Marty has been a mortgage banker with Stockton Mortgage Corporation since 2007. He has a master’s degree in organizational management and has a unique variety of experience in several industries. Marty spent most of his tenure in animal health and nutrition and proprietary education. He has also owned two businesses, one of which was a real estate advertising magazine.
Marty has both CDLP and CMPS certification. Since joining Stockton, Marty has found his niche market, specializing in FHA and USDA rural housing. He successfully utilizes his wide range of skills and knowledge by helping clients achieve something better. Marty resides in Frankfort, Kentucky with his wife of 31 years, Crystal. He has two daughters and seven grandchildren with whom he and his wife spend their free time.
