Called and no one picks up, did an online form to get a quote or a call back it’s been almost a week or so and nothing. That says a lot about a business! If I get into an accident I’d like a company that picks up! If I want to add or remove a vehicle etc I’d like a company that gets back to me during business hours quickly. So I give this place 1 star!

I have been working with Maria Fernanda Polit since she was with AllState and now with Bartow Insurance Center and nothing has change, she is great.  Anytime I call with a question about my home or auto insurance she is ready to help and provides to notch customer service.  She goes the extra mile to help you in any way she can!!!
