I have ordered from Mary Lou's many times now. I live out of the country, but they have always been very helpful and professional. My aunt had always received her flowers on time and they have been beautiful! I will continue to order from them.

Very disappointed in the service when I placed a order online and it didn't bget delivered on time or the day it was to be delivered they charged me full price and then called me and up still didn't get it right I had to tell them exactly where it should be delivered this place is very disorganized and I'll never order from them again and they don't even payattention or communicate is the impression I get they seem to need to not ignore there online orders or customers didn't even deliver what I ordered on time and charged right away for the order which is 3 days late and it's very disappointing to be treated this way I don't ever want to order anything from here again itscsad to pay good money and be done like this!!!!
Went with this shop because every review was a 5 star experience. Have to say I was pretty disappointed with my experience. Had flowers delivered to my daughter for her birthday. I requested streamers to make it festive, instead got an orange bow. Requested a balloon, and was told she'd receive chocolates if the helium hadn't been delivered in time. She got neither one. I mean, at least my daughter got a sunflower, I guess.
Customer service is awesome. They are always willing to go the extra mile for you.
