They do have decent furniture and prices I give them that. The only thing is they are not great on delivery unless u have a way for yourself. There hours are for delivery are 1pm to 8pm which is fine if they did not take all day for that. Need to do better with forward information and being real upfront period. Delivery needs to do better with contacting the customers about there purchased items no matter what. I had to contact them more then once about my stuff I got a call one time from the assistant manager that was it which was the next day when my stuff was suppose to arrive a day before. Better Customer Service skills I say and being effective with communication. That’s the reason for my stars.
**PLEASE READ EVERYTHING AND IT’S ENTIRETY** I recently made a purchase about 2 1/2 weeks ago with this company. The gentleman that helped me was really nice and it was a very warm in opening experience at the time. The gentleman that help me informed me that I will receive a call when the delivery was getting ready to be shipped and also that they were back ordered for 90 days. That weekend I received my furniture however it was the wrong size. I contact the furniture store immediately and let them know that the wrong size was delivered into somebody come back and pick up the furniture. At that time the sales rep informed me that he will make a note into my account and somebody will come out on Sunday no one came. I went back to the store on that Monday to inform them that the wrong furniture was delivered and I need a smaller size. The sales representative made a detailed note in my account and will have somebody come out and change the furniture. After numerous attempts of going to the store I finally spoke with Brianna was really nice is super helpful. She informed me that I should stay home on Saturday morning because somebody would be exchanging out my furniture she made a detailed note in my account. Now today June 12 Saturday I received no contact about getting my Furniture, or a status or some kind of communication... who had to reach out again me the customer I called the store at 2:43 PM just to get the status of what is going on because I was previously quoted an a.m. delivery and swap out not a p.m. delivery and swap out. The store closes at 7 PM and now it is 5:11PM on June 12. Not only is this absolutely horrible customer service but I made numerous attempts to contact the store I walked into the store. The staff at the stores amazing but it will cost customer service the communication is not up to par! I paid for my furniture in full and pay a separate delivery fee of $90 on top of that and that! Now sadly because of trying to work with this company and be nice now but I have to be a little bit more stern come Sunday Afternoon June 13 and asked for for a refund on top of that delivery fee of $90 that I had to pay out-of-pocket and for them to come and get their furniture and they still owe me the furniture that I rightfully wanted. This is absolutely ridiculous I will never come to the store again and I wouldn’t recommend anybody purchasing any items from the store!!!! If you’re going furniture shopping seek elsewhere!!!
Ordered a sofa set 3 weeks ago. The store sales person told me it was not in stock and would arrive in 4 days and would give me a call. No calls. I called them and I was told it would arrive in next two days. Still no calls nothing. I waited two more weeks and went to the store and the sales person says he never told me that it would arrive in two days after telling me twice. I asked to cancel the order and says he doesn't know how to be will have to come again in the morning to do that. Also, the agent tried to charge me $100 more than what was on the tag. His reason was the price had gone up and they had not gotten chance to update the tags. I really had to argue with him to just change the price to what was listed. Three weeks later their tag has not been updated. Hmmm? Canceled my order.
I purchased a bedroom set, sofa and dining room set in June 2021. The first issue arose with the bedroom set not being in the full size I ordered Only queen sizes which I wasn't informed of so I cancelled it The second issue being the delivery date was botched they lied about actual date. The third being a chair damaged upon delivery and per Britanny a manager and Joel a district manager assured me of 2 replacement chairs which where to be delivered UPS 2weeks ago. Nothing yet. No contact phone numbers to district manager or corporate office given. These people need comprehensive training in customer service. As they don't follow up nor keep their word, how's that recommendation, customer referral going not going.
Very disappointed. Worst Customer Service. Worst inventory tracking system. I ordered a Sofa and Love Seat with them on 15 April 2021 from Germantown location which was out of inventory and which they promised will be delivered within next 2-4 weeks. I called them like 100 times to know the status and to my surprise they have no tracking for the item. After waiting for 3 months, on 15 July 2021, I have to cancel my order.
I walked into the store before closing ready to purchase a mattress and one worker sat on the couch, looked at me and did not speak. I asked how much the full size mattresses were and another worker pointed where the mattresses were. As I was looking at the mattresses they turned all the lights off while I was in the store. They laughed at that fact and I just left the store. I will buy a mattress somewhere else instead of giving my money to this store. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to purchase and I was given horrible customer service. I will never come back to this store again. Training should be revisited with the two workers from 8/7/2021 closing shift.
Very unprofessional, they sold the sofa i had PAID for to other customer I went there mid April and bought 2 sofas, the love seat n the close out one. I was told they have the love seat in stock but for the close out one was back ordered for 2-4 weeks which was fine with me. I told them i’ll wait for the close out one to arrive and had them deliver them all at once, Bree who was the manager told me, thts ok n she will hold the love seat for me. 4 weeks later we still didn’t hear anything from them so I decided to call them n they told me they would have delivery in 2 days but 2 days later, they said tgey will give me a call but nothing… then we called again aweek later, they still didn’t have it. Long story short after back n forth for 8 weeks finally we just decided to cancel the close out sofa n just pick up the love seats sofa we had PAID for, when i was on the phone with them i made sure they still have my love seat sofa n they told me they do, but guess what when i went there today to cancel the close out sofa n schedule the delivery date for the other one . they had the audacity to tell me they had sold my love seat sofa n they only have the one on the showroom floor, which wasn’t even the color I picked. I was speechless, i had PAID for the sofa, technically it’s MINE but they gave it to other customer? What kind of business does tht? What a waste of my time. Absolutely ridiculous, i will never ever come back nor recommend anybody to come here!
Never again. Unprofessional and unorganized. Go to pick up TWO bedroom sets and only one female working so sorry, come back later. No men available to help load the truck so we have to WAIT. Can't call any workers to help. Just wait until whenever? What kind of business is this? Unbelievable. Never again!
Went in to this place to get a couch for my kids. They had a decent selection of couches which were reasonably priced. The manage was super helpful and super knowledgeable about the different qualities of fabric etc, she made some suggestions that helped us pick the best option for us. I was happy with my overall purchase, delivery is shaky but in the end we were happy.
Can some please tell me what has happened to the store location in Germantown,MD. I have furniture on hold there and I went today and they are gone. The signage is gone, everything inside is gone. What do I do now? How do I get either my furniture or my money back?
