On wensday January 3 at 2:00 I went to seasons gas station In east providence. I noticed Mary lous I've personally never been. The employee jezebelle on shift was amazing I never been to marylous before. She was very helpful she took the time to ask me my preferences and made me a peanut butter ice coffee aswell as a waffle breakfast sandwich. Most employees are rude and quick to huff and puff. She was very attentive and made sure me as the customer was satisfied. I highly recommend to take the minute and try Mary lous you won't be disappointed.
Around 4pm on 10/26, my daughters father went to the east providence location to pick up my coffee. Not only did he sit at the speaker for 10 minutes with nobody in line in front of him, but when he pulled up to the window to try and speak to someone they were purposely ignoring him. He said they were counting their tips and refused to acknowledge him. Ive personally had this happen as well, its extremely unprofessional and the staff is also very rude. Will be escalating this incident up higher, because these are horrible experiences at this location.
Really the best coffee in the East Bay—enjoyed a perfectly delicious cup of coffee with cream and sugar. And I like the mini-cafe where you can enjoy your coffee with a pastry. Marylou’s is welcome addition to Rhode Island.Food: 5/5
AH-mazing coffee!! They have fun and exciting flavours, and they're all well balanced i.e. not too sweet, not too strong. Good bang for the buck as well; would definitely return here over Starbucks. My favourites are regular iced coffee, french vanilla iced coffee and Oreo Cookie Monster frozen drink doesn't have mocha; tastes more like cookies+cream milkshake. Their edibles such as bagel sandwiches and bakery items are meh, though.
Haven't been here in years, but tried a flavored ice coffee and I'm pretty sure this isn't how it should taste. I've never had burned coffee, but this certainly tastes like it... very disappointing! Service was fine, just not sure if decaf coffees sit too long?
Very disappointed . I was having a really bad day and was looking forward to coming into get my coffee because I don’t live close to a marylous . I understand it can get busy , I work for a Dunkin’ Donuts so trust me I understand. I was standing in line INSIDE for 15 minutes with none of the worker’s acknowledging me what so ever . There was a lady Infront of me giving the girls a hard time so I didn’t pay no mind at first , but I was being extremely patient and still didn’t get acknowledged. The two girls don’t seem to know what team work was either .
if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This is the WORST Marylou’s I’ve ever been too. I have been coming to Marylou’s for the last 3 months and the staff has changed drastically. The new management is awful. I’ve personally watched management disrespect the employees. I refuse to give my money to a company that can’t even treat their employees decently never mind increasing their prices every 3 months for the most awful coffee. If you can’t handle being a human then you probably shouldn’t be a manager. And her name was SARAH. if you see Sarah stay far away don’t bother even ordering a coffee because you’ll get the most disrespectful attitude.
My favorite coffee, its delicious. Smaller location than most others but still a lot of great options!!
Oreo monster shake with chocolate milk was delish! My daughter loved it too! Food: 5/5
Better than Dunks but not as good as Honey Dew. An interesting selection of beverages. They need more pastries but the one's they had look really good.
