The guy that helped me was super rude. I honestly have never shipped anything off before which yes….. I should’ve done my research before hand. He was like, “you’re gonna have to buy tape” which is fine I get it whatever. Then he goes off somewhere for 1 minute then slams a piece of paper down and says, “I have a sign explaining it, you should know better to read signs” like excuse me sire I get your point. Only 2 stars because they are fast and I don’t have to wait long at all. The other ladies helping me also were rude and made me feel stupid.
Amora was a dream. Suggested I stop my mail and have it held instead of paying $50 and waiting 2-4 weeks for my cluster box to get rekeyed since I am just there temporarily. I would of paid money I couldn't afford. The whole experience was nothing like I remember the government postal service being. Thank you Marysville post office .
This post office has recently been losing checks I’ve mailed. I’m beginning to wonder if there is actually a shredder behind the mail slot—or a carrier who is hoarding mail in the shed in his back yard. I’ve lived here for decades and never had the mail problems I’ve had recently. Very inconvenient to have to call the companies I sent checks to to explain the situation, place stop payment orders on all the checks, and pay the companies on what have become overdue bills. Now I have to drive to another city to send mail. Pretty stupid to have to do that. Pretty unacceptable.
Line was short when I came back in the afternoon this am was way to buisy. Left.
Receiving Postal Money orders difficult to cash if don't have a physical bank account However the Postal Workers were All very helpful
It's a post office. Inefficient. Slow. Uncooperative. Archaic agency of our times.Hopefully this one shutsdown soon enough and cheapskate companies will use next day carriers. Hell I dont even mind paying the extra fee. Id much rather just pay 6 bucks that wait 4 days for my delivery to be lost. This place, particularly, is quite awful. The staff there seems to try extra hard to make things more difficult citing "the rules." I even had a 3 way call with the beale afb post office on the line where the person at the marysville post office started to blame the other person when he was caught in a lie. Awful place. I hope we dont have to deal with lazy people milking the security of a govt' job much longer.
Soooo impolite. I wish they would hire a whole new crew and people who will smile and be more nicer. I’m not writing this based on just one time visit. I’ve been to this post office multiple times, every single experience I’ve had....was with rude employees. Once, only one time did I ever have a nice employee. Since then, I have not seen him there and that was maybe 1 year ago. This morning I went to get my keys to my new place, they told me Tuesday it’ll be ready, which I waited a week and a half. The lady told me the guy never went to change any locks to the mailboxes and they are trying to find someone else and they will call me, as I was still talking to her asking her a question, she walked away! Marysville is trying to get a hometown makeover? Makeover people to. Jeez.
Very very unhelpful and rude staff. These people needs to get fired. Can’t even explain my issue to Teresa without her rudely Interrupting me, same with the other staff. I really don’t feel safe with sharing my personal information with Teresa because she doesn’t seem to take peoples privacy serious. These people can not help you and they will refer you to different place every time and the different place literally another post office that will send you back to here. I’m soo confused on what to do. I haven’t received my mail for over 2 weeks and I can’t find out why.
Had a issue with a package being delivered, fianceé and i were out for a couple hours, got a note on the door from usps, she set it for pickup at the usps branch on the next business day, then was told it was out for delivery and someone signed it off. Thinking it was delivered to a different address and signed off under my address, made a claim. Even the usps customer rep found it weird what happened too. Got a call from SERGIO ESQUIVEL the next day with possibly the rudest introduction. Straight to the point wouldnt even let me say a word, then when i was just able to say “thank you” all i get is a “ALRIGHT” and immediate hang up. Wasnt even given time to ask a question or anything. Wasnt even told why the delivery driver signed off my package. Wasnt even noted when i was making the case with the usps customer rep that it was noted as delivery driver signed it off. Nothing no note no info nothing. Just rude and not even “bye” just immediate hang up.
Went in to mail a package. Stood in line for 20 minutes while the employees stood talking to each other. Eventually walked up to the counter and asked how much it would be to mail the package and was promptly ignored by both ladies behind the counter. They continued to talk to each other, ignoring me and the other people in line for another 10 minutes which is when I left and went to FedEx. FedEx was cheaper, customer service was superb, and they were open much later than the post office. Got inmediate service, they had great recommendations on how to package my items, and they made the whole process a breeze. Never going back to USPS again.
