Masjid Hamza is part of Islamic Society of Greater Houston. located in the southwest region of Houston. It's a place filled with activities and program for the whole family. Currently the masjid has many programs to offer and this page will allow everyone to stay updated with the programs going on. InshAllah we hope to serve the southwest community along with the other masajids in reminding ourselves and all of you to keep the Islam alive in our lives through programs and events. We also hope to make it a center for the community for future generations to come.
Alhamdulillah there are many programs being offered throughout the various masajids. We understand that it may be hard to attend all of the programs, but we pray you may be able to attend at least a few and help us pass on the word for the programs and get part of the reward of someone attending.
According to a Hadith by the Prophet (Peace and Blessings upon Him) one of the seven people who will be under the shade of the throne on the day of judgement will be "A man who's heart is attached to the Mosque..."
