With a passion for sports performance, Mason has picked up state of the art programs, drills, and techniques to benefit all types of athletes. He began as a personal trainer before becoming an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Tennessee. While working with the university’s football and basketball programs, he acquired a B.S. in Kinesiology.
