I called for the paramedics to help my husband who could not get off the floor. The two paramedics who came were so professional, so caring, so respectful, and so patient! It took quite a while but they finally got my husband to agree to let them transport him to the hospital. Thank you.
I usually have a good experience with the FD. Recently I did not have a good experience. Not going our of my way to call them for anything. They couldn't even be bothered to do anything.
