Mason Dixon Bakery is a dedicated gluten free bakery that first opened in the Spring of 2013 in Huntsville, AL.
In January 2015, we expanded to include a dedicated gluten-free restaurant, the first of its kind south of North Carolina.
In August of 2017, we will open our second location in Homewood AL. In addition to all our wonderful bakery and bistro items, the new location will also feature a Saturday and Sunday brunch.
We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer catering for special events! We also participate in many of the local farmers markets.
